Once an investor has purchased shares in the NZ Co-Op they will also own trading equity (shares) in the US holding company of the NZ Co-Op this enabling a investors to trade their "Investor-member" shares in the Holding Company while retaining their valuable NZ Co-Op "Transacting Member" shares  The Investor-Member shares will be able to be sold according to SEC Rule 144.

Wynand looks after the nursery operations,  Malcolm looks after the money side of things, Linda looks after the US CRM activity and Rickson owns the nursery in Whanarua Bay where he enjoys million dollar Pacific Ocean views.
